PSILOCYBE MEXICANA – FLESH OF THE GODS

A significant part of the (recent) history of psychedelic mushrooms has been played by the Psilocybe mexicana. The use of hallucinogenic mushrooms has been known to South American native populations for thousands of years, yet this phenomena has never been even remotely known to the Western populace. Psilocybin and psilocin were only discovered and recognised in 1957 by LSD inventor Albert Hofmann in his laboratory in Switzerland. He performed this with the Psilocybe mexicana species. Psilocybe mexicana mushrooms were specially developed for this use through artificial breeding.

One of the few psilocybin mushroom species, Psilocybe mexicana also yields magic truffles (sclerotia). Unfortunately, we are unable to sell this kind of mushroom due to legal restrictions. Thankfully, the Netherlands allows the sale of this species’ magical truffles. Additionally, Psilocybe mexicana comes in two different varieties: Psilocybe mexicana A and Psilocybe mexican B. Between these two, only A creates magical truffles. So, the magic truffles we offer for sale are made from Psilocybe mexicana A.

Although the effects of Psilocybe mexicana are rather modest, they shouldn’t be taken lightly. After consuming just 5 grammes of these truffles, the majority of users view reality quite differently. You will feel well, amusing, puzzled, and occasionally bizarre due to mild images, slightly sharper senses, and a sociable notion. People have a tendency to “think outside the box” and to be more imaginative and philosophical. Euphoria is experienced in conjunction with all of this. STRENGTH, DOSAGE AND USAGE:

The least potent of our selection is the Psilocybe mexicana truffle. At a dose of 5 grammes, the effects of fresh magic truffles are already noticeable but not extremely potent. From 10 grammes on, we talk about a medium trip, and for most people, a whole pack of 15 grammes produces a strong trip. These doses are averages and may vary from person to person due to various factors, like sensitivity to psilocybin, body weight, full or empty stomach, and so on. Always begin with a little dosage. You can consume magic truffles or make a tea out of them by simmering them for 20 minutes without letting the water boil. After 15 to 30 minutes, you can immediately feel the initial impacts.
